Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "388wih," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the 388wih platform at 388wih.net and all associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces.
• "Platform" means the 388wih website, mobile site, and all services, products, tools, and features made available through it, including the casino lobby, sportsbook, wallet, account management dashboard, and customer support functions.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers a player account with 388wih and uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the 388wih Platform.
• "Wallet" means the PKR-denominated virtual balance held within a Player's 388wih Account for the purpose of placing wagers and receiving winnings.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a casino game, live dealer game, slot, sports market, or any other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and specific bonus terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process applied to Player Accounts before withdrawals are processed.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to or use of online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering — the legal and procedural framework under which 388wih monitors and reports suspicious financial activity in accordance with applicable regulations.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 388wih Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional policies incorporated by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on the Platform.

If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and, if applicable, request the closure of your Account by contacting the 388wih support team.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 388wih. They apply to all use of the Platform regardless of the device, browser, or method of access used.

388wih reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email or mobile number on file, and the updated version will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility

Use of the 388wih Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during the use of the Platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. 388wih does not permit the registration or use of its Platform by individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in the forfeiture of all funds held in the Account.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction in which online gambling is unlawful.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order, whether issued by 388wih or any third-party responsible gaming authority.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 388wih or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must register only one Account. Duplicate Accounts are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

388wih reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration

To access real-money features on 388wih, including placing Wagers and processing transactions, you must register a Player Account. The following terms apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information. Any change to your registered details must be promptly updated through the Account Settings section or by contacting the 388wih support team.
• You must create a unique password for your 388wih Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 388wih will never ask you to disclose your password via email, chat, or telephone.
• If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 388wih immediately via the live chat support function. You agree that 388wih shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• 388wih reserves the right to refuse any registration at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

KYC Verification: All Accounts are subject to identity verification in accordance with 388wih's AML and KYC procedures. Players are required to submit government-issued identification (such as a CNIC, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of payment method ownership before the first withdrawal is processed. 388wih may request additional documentation at any point during the life of the Account.

Deposits

All deposits on 388wih are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern the deposit process:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs200. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to Account-level restrictions based on verification status.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed instantly and credited to the Wallet within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast / 1LINK typically process within 5–30 minutes. In exceptional circumstances, processing times may extend beyond this range, and 388wih shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
• All funds deposited must come from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may be flagged as suspicious activity under 388wih's AML procedures.
• 388wih does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may apply its own charges, for which 388wih accepts no liability.
• Deposits that are reversed, charged back, or disputed by the payment provider will result in the immediate suspension of the associated Account pending investigation. Any winnings derived from funds subject to a chargeback may be forfeited.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day apply and are communicated within the Account Settings section.
• All withdrawal requests require a completed KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification will not be able to process withdrawals until the required documentation has been submitted and approved.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the Player's own name. 388wih does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Processing times for withdrawals are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — same day; HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank — 15–30 minutes for standard amounts; Raast / 1LINK — 5–10 minutes. High-value withdrawals may be subject to additional review and may take up to 48 hours.
• 388wih reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. During such reviews, the withdrawal may be temporarily held pending clearance.
• Bonus Funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Real-money winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the specific bonus terms applicable to that promotion.

Bonuses & Promotions

388wih offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. The following general terms apply to all promotions:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Players only. 388wih reserves the right to limit or exclude any Player from participating in a promotion at its sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements (also known as playthrough requirements) must be fully satisfied before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contributions are stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion. Unused Bonus Funds will expire and be removed from the Account at the end of the validity period.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses through tactics including but not limited to: multi-accounting, placing opposing bets to guarantee outcomes, or exploiting system errors is strictly prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential Account closure.
• 388wih reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled prior to completion, affected Players will be notified and any accrued qualifying wagers will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Only one account per household, IP address, device, or payment method is eligible to claim promotional offers. Claims made from duplicate accounts will be voided.

Casino Games

The 388wih casino lobby includes slot games, live dealer tables, table games, and instant games provided by certified third-party software suppliers. The following terms apply to all casino game activity:

• All casino games available on 388wih use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed in the game information panel of each title.
• Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studio environments. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the system will finalise the round based on the state of play at the time of disconnection. 388wih's records shall be the definitive record of all game outcomes.

Sports Betting Rules

The 388wih sportsbook offers betting markets on cricket (including PSL, Pakistan internationals, and Test series), UFC, football, and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the Platform:

• Maximum single-bet payout limits apply across all sports and are displayed in the sportsbook terms page. Bets that would exceed the maximum payout will be automatically adjusted or declined.
• Accumulator bets in which one or more selections are voided will have the voided selection treated as a non-runner, and the accumulator will be recalculated accordingly at the remaining odds.
• 388wih reserves the right to limit bet sizes or restrict market access for any Player at its sole discretion, particularly where patterns of professional or arbitrage betting are detected.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 388wih Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using a third party's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by 388wih.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or Platform systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, using third-party funds to satisfy bonus wagering requirements, or placing offsetting bets to guarantee bonus withdrawal eligibility.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or similar technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 388wih staff or other Players via any communication channel.

Account Suspension & Closure

388wih reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions is detected or reasonably suspected.
• The Account is identified as a duplicate of an existing registered Account.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or suspicious activity is detected in connection with the Account, including patterns consistent with money laundering or AML concerns.
• A chargeback or payment reversal is initiated against a deposit made to the Account.
• The Account is accessed from or registered in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• A court order, regulatory authority, or law enforcement directive requires the suspension of the Account.

In the event of Account closure due to a Player-initiated request (voluntary closure), any remaining real-money Wallet balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the same payment method used for deposits, subject to KYC clearance.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the 388wih support team via live chat. Self-exclusion requests are processed under the Responsible Gaming framework and result in permanent closure during the exclusion period.

Intellectual Property

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 388wih makes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and service quality, no warranty is given that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability clauses are restricted by consumer protection legislation, the liability of 388wih shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law of that jurisdiction.
